Explore more advanced variations of basic asanas holding postures longer and improve the postures. Each class allows the student to gain more strength and focus from the practice. In this course, breathing and relaxation are emphasized in order to experience deeper aspects of the Hatha yoga practice. This course is suitable for those who have completed courses Yoga 1, 2 and 3.
