This course provides further guidance for those who have completed the courses Yoga 1 and 2 and who are already comfortable in holding the headstand. This course also introduces advanced variations. These more advanced variations help increase your flexibility and strength, and open you to the deeper benefits of Hatha yoga. Pre-registration is encouraged.
