Introduction System

For the one who wants to begin (or to restart) yoga, the Center Sivananda offers an unique system, fruit of an experience matured in the Sivananda centers all over the world.

This introductory system, articulated in the two levels Yoga 1 and Yoga 2, guide the student in progressive way and detailed to the learning of the sequence of base of traditional Hatha Yoga, that understands exercises of respiration, Sun Salutation as preparatory heating to the sequence of the asanas (positions), the 12 basic positions and the techniques of relaxation.
